A group of U.S. manufacturers of chassis had been suffering from large imports from China for years. It isn't always easy to successfully use federal procedures for combating imports. But in this case, the manufacturers won their case earlier this year. In this interview as part of the intermodal summit, Robert DeFrancesco, a trade attorney who led the ad hoc group which put together the trade complaint, talks about why this effort succeeded.
