Weaving in poetry and real life examples, Punyamala looks at the question of how to stay open in the midst of impermanence and death, without falling into despondency. Punyamala describes how she has sought to live a meaningful life, fully open to reality.
This talk was given on an ordination training retreat at Tiratanaloka Retreat Centre, 2019.
