From agency to management. Kent Hughes has made the jump and is doing it with his childhood team. As the general manager of the Montreal Canadiens, Kent Hughes has shaken things up in Montreal by bringing in Martin St. Louis as head coach, trading away several players to acquire draft picks and prospects, created an in-house analytics department, and hosted a very entertaining NHL Draft last season.
