Flooding risks persist through Saturday due to additional storm rain. Mild temperatures until Saturday, with highs in the seventies, but flood concerns may worsen. Heavy rain expected Friday night into Saturday, dropping half an inch to one inch. A significant cool down begins Sunday, lasting through Tuesday, with temperatures dropping into the forties. Warmer days return by Wednesday.
