Three Northeast Indiana groups, including Ivy Tech Community College, the city of Roanoke, and North Manchester, are vying for funds from the Regional Development Authoritys READI two point zero program. Ivy Tech seeks four million for North Campus upgrades, Roanoke aims for four million to enhance its sewage treatment plant, and North Manchester needs two point six million for riverfront development.
