Two Indiana University students tragically lost their lives in a hit-and-run accident in Miami Beach. The driver, Adan Negron-Morris, has been charged with reckless vehicular homicide and leaving the scene. Witnesses led police to Negron-Morris, who was found with signs of impairment. He later admitted to mental health struggles and driving with closed eyes. No court date has been set as the investigation continues.
