With Nottingham Forest confirming the signing of Newcastle United's
Elliot Anderson today for a price of £35m, the question all Forest fans
are asking now, is how much did the club sell goalkeeper
Vlachodimos back to Newcastle?
In this video we will go through the details of the Vlachodimos transfer
and how his amortisation value effects the profit that Forest will make
from this deal. Vlachodimos was bought last year for around £4m with
additional addon also included in the deal, however with the stopper
only making a handful of appearances for the club, it is very unlikely
these addons have been reached.
The start of July saw the end of the PSR window for all Premier League
clubs, and with the purchase of Elliot Anderson occurring right at the
end of this window, there are no worries on how this will effect Forest
when it comes to PSR concerns. But how have Forest been able to comply
