Orel Mangala permanent move to Lyon has been confirmed, and the fee is
reported to be £20m for the Belgium International midfielder. After
spending the second half of the season in France, Mangala joins Niakhate
at Lyon, the club that have single handily helped Nottingham Forest
avoid any PSR concerns and return massive profits on both these players.
With Niakhate heading to Lyon for a reported £26m, this gives Forest
almost a £22m profit on the French defender, add this to the Mangala
profit and you can see how Lyon have been key to how Forest are PSR
safe, and are defiantly not going to incur any breaches and potential
point deductions for the new season.
In other news, it is reported that Newcastle United are still interest
in Forest winger Anthony Elanga, as the clubs sets their sights on a new
right winger this summer. There were talks of Elanga being part of the
Elloit Anderson transfer from Newcastle, but now it seems like this
could still happen as a separate transfer, but would you be sad to see
Elanga leave the City Ground?
Give us your opinion on all todays news, and let us know how you feel
about Mangala leaving Forest, and how relieved are you that the club are
now safe from any PSR concerns. Plus don't forget to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE
