When it comes to Nottingham Forest players leaving the City Ground this January transfer window, the most talked about has to be Orel Mangala, with a number of European club showing major interest in the Belgium international, but none have been able to offer the money Forest are looking for. But today French club Lyon have made a firm cash bid of £30 million for the midfielder, with only 2 days left before the window closes, will this be enough to persuade Forest to sell?
With the potential sale of Mangala, it looks like Forest are already trying to line up replacements for the midfielder, with news breaking today that the club could be interested in exciting Argentinian youngest Carlos Alcaraz. Alcaraz would plays in the Championship for Southampton, is a 21 year old attacking midfielder, not a like for like replacement for Mangala, but could be a very interesting signings if Forest can pull this one off.
