Breaking news in the Premier League today that Everton Football Club's appeal against the 10 points deduction for breaking the Premier Leagues PSR regulations has been reduced to just 6 points, therefore with immediate effect Everton have gained 4 points for this season.
But how does this effect Nottingham Forest own PSR case and does this now set a new precedent for what the punishment will be for Forest. Although both cases are different and circumstances are not the same, if Forest were to be deducted 6 points for their violation would you be happy with this outcome? and do you think we can survive this season?
So what would the Premier League table look like if Forest were to be deducted 6 points and Everton were deducted yet another 6 points due to their 2nd breach of PSR, well it put Forest in 18th position in the relegation zone, with Everton just above them in 17th position with 19 points.
