Nottingham Forest's number one target as a new striker seems to be
Arsenal forward Eddie Nketiah. As Nuno looks to bolster his attacking
options, the 24-year-old has moved ahead of Feyenoord's Mexican striker
Gimenez, as both clubs negotiate over a potential £30m plus deal.
Since making his first-team debut, Eddie Nketiah has had a mixed spell
at Arsenal, scoring 19 goals in 116 appearances across all competitions.
While he's shown flashes of brilliance, particularly in cup
competitions, Nketiah has struggled to cement his place as a regular
starter in Mikel Arteta's side.
Reports suggest that Arsenal would demand around £30-£35 million for
Nketiah—a hefty sum for a player yet to prove himself as a top-tier
striker. For Forest, this would represent a significant investment, and
the club must weigh up whether his potential upside justifies the price,
especially with proven goal scorer Santiago Giménez also on the clubs
wishlist.

Eddie Nketiah and for a club record fee also, plus don't forget to LIKE
