defender Moussa Niakhate has officially joined French club Lyon in a
deal reportedly worth £20 million. This high-profile transfer has been
confirmed by renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The departure of Niakhate will be a significant loss for the team.
Forest will need to find a suitable replacement to fill the void left by
the talented defender, but with this transfer helping the clubs PSR
financial concerns, it will hopefully mean that Brazilian star Murillo
will more than likely stay at the City Ground this summer.
Lyon also look set to compete the signing of Belgium midfielder Mangala
from Nottingham Forest too, therefore Lyon have become the sole team to
rescue Forest from a potential 2nd PSR point deduction.
