At half time Luton Town were three up against Bournemouth and Forest were in the relegation zone and in big trouble, but what a second half performance from Bournemouth as they scored 4 goals and claimed all 3 points. This result will surely demoralise Luton Town heading into the massive weekend fixtures against the Reds.
With Nottingham Forest's PSR breach punishment expected this week, had Luton Town held on for a win last night this could have lead to situation where Forest were 9 points behind Luton after this weekend. But with Bournemouth able to turn the game around in the second half this should give the Forest players the motivation and belief that survival is in their own hands.
