Savannah McCaskill is currently playing for Angel City FC in the NWSL. After having an excellent college career at the University of South Carolina, Savannah got herself into the US National Team camp while being drafted 2nd pick overall in the 2018 NWSL draft. She has since played with Sky Blue FC, Sydney FC, Chicago Red Stars, Racing Louisville, and currently with Angel City FC. After Savannah's first few seasons as a professional, she decided to give her complete focus to soccer and do everything she could to get back to the National Team. She felt that she wasn't giving it her all and knew the heights she could reach if she did indeed give her full focus. She finished this past season with 6 goals, a personal best. We talk about leadership, priorities, communication within a team, trades, how the right environment can help you perform on the field, concerning situations in the NWSL, and big goals ahead.
