Rachel Balkovec is the new manager for the New York Yankees minor league team, the Tampa Tarpons. She's the first female to manage in affiliated baseball. The game has come a long way since she started her career as a strength and conditioning coach and hitting coach. She shares how she navigated her way into the predominantly male world of professional baseball, how she won the respect of the players and coaches, and how she feels being a pioneer in the game she loves.
