In today’s First Reading, Samuel tells us that obedience to the Lord is better than making sacrifices to Him. The Lord asks all of us to submit to Him and obey His will. Are we willing to do it? Are we willing to put God’s will before our own, or do we think we are smarter than God? Sr. Ann tells a story about when she decided to commit her life to the Lord and reflects on today’s readings:
