In today’s First Reading, Isaiah assures us that the Lord is there to comfort us in times of strife. He brings light to the darkness and guides us to springs of water. Just as a mother cannot forget her infant, the Lord will not forget or abandon us. When things seem difficult, place your trust in God for He sees the whole picture and will be there to lead and comfort you!
