In today’s Gospel, the scribes accuse Jesus of being possessed by Satan, and claim it is by this power that He drives out demons. Jesus responds that Satan cannot drive out Satan, and a house divided against itself cannot stand. Can we recognize the evil in our own lives? Can we distinguish God’s true light from the light of our own desires? Sr. Ann reflects on today’s readings and on giving our lives to God:

2 Timothy 1:1-8

Psalm 96:1-2a, 2b-3, 7-8a, 10

Mark 3:22-30
