In this Sunday’s Gospel, Jesus meets a Samaritan woman at the well and promises a kind of food and water that will cure all our hungers and thirsts. He recognized that her heart was hungry for her messiah and would only be satisfied with Christ. What is your heart hungry for? Is it hungry for the ways of the world, or the ways of the Lord? Are we ready to open our hearts to more of God’s love?
