Coming off their big Winter Classic win last weekend, the Blues are in Pittsburgh to try and show Penguins fans precisely why St. Louis are currently sitting atop the Central Division. Jordan Binnington figures to be in net for the 2019 Stanley Cup Champion club, on the three year anniversary - to the day - of when he was called up from San Antonio (thank you to Jeff Marek for that factoid!)
For their part, the Penguins hope to extend their winning streak to 9, starting Casey DeSmith in goal and bringing some fresh faces back from COVID protocol: Kasperi Kapanen and Teddy Blueger should BOTH be on the ice this evening...
