This phenomenon of color is not created by pigments, it is created by physical structures. No organism has an iridescent color and you will find out why. Rob explains the science behind iridescence and where you can see this gift from the natural world. Part 2 will be dedicated to synthetic iridescence and the use of iridescent fly tying material.
