Cellular Respiration.
Remember that Rob used to be a science teacher and he's a nerdy dude. One of his favorite subjects to teach was cellular respiration. Sure he failed the test on that in his Cellular Biology class in college but he understands it now. Consider this a basic crash course in cell respiration. You may not be an angler and still learn from this as Rob is going to take a boring subject and apply it to everyday life.
