The Quantico and Fort Belvoir Programs of Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing hosted their 4th Annual Fly Tying Marathon in the main gallery of the National Museum of the Marine Corps on Saturday March 18, 2017 from 9am–5pm. Flies created at the event will be distributed to programs across the nation for use at PHWFF fly fishing events throughout the year.
