Cs: Zimní vítr se opíral do oken vysoké budovy v centru města.
En: The winter wind beat against the windows of the tall building in the city center.
Cs: Uvnitř kanceláře bylo teplo, ale atmosféra byla napjatá.
En: Inside the office, it was warm, but the atmosphere was tense.
Cs: Stěny byly plné obrázků a plány nástěnek se tiskly do očí unaveným zaměstnancům.
En: The walls were filled with pictures, and the plans on the noticeboards were imprinted in the eyes of the weary employees.
Cs: Bylo hned po Vánocích a všichni se snažili dohnat pracovní resty.
