In this episode, we speak to somatic sex therapist Emily King about somatic therapy and how it can be used to empower women to reclaim their sexuality.
Our word of the week is gynarchy: Originating from the Greek words 'gyne', meaning 'woman' and 'archein', meaning 'to rule'. When these two are combined, this translates literally to 'women in power' and is often used to describe a social or political system where women hold predominant power or leadership roles.
We also discuss the awful names our lady bits have been given over the years!
