Ingredients:
Cooked ribs
Barbecue sauce
Mozzarella or cheddar
Egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Steps:
Shred rib meat
Mix with barbecue sauce
Fill and roll egg roll wrappers
Fry until golden and crisp
Slice and serve with dipping sauce
