Joanna Rawbone is a lifelong learner filled with curiosity, the prospect of possibility, and gratitude. She is the founder of Scintillo Ltd., where her trainings and coaching enables people to set themselves free from their limiting beliefs, own their natural talents and optimize possibilities.
More recently she established Flourishing Introverts to address the extraversion bias that exists in organizations. With over half of the world's population identifying as introverts, Joanna took it upon herself to explore and expose the costly challenges that introverts face on a regular basis.
