想要活出「真實」的自己嗎？抑或早已習慣帶著面具做人，不敢、不想看到「真實的自己」？
無論心理學還是靈性學習，都會提到「表裡如一」(authenticity) 的問題。如果要將獨一無二的自己活出來，不偽裝、不迷失，就需要找到內在的力量與勇氣，敢於說出想法和需求，以溫柔而堅定的態度表達自己，容許自己說「不」，也容許自己說「要」，就是「果敢」(assertiveness)。
如果活出「真實的自己」，表裡如一而且果敢決斷，你的人生將會如何？
