當聽到別人跟你說「你應該…」、「你唔應該…」感覺如何？
人際關係充滿了「應該」，互相要求、我高你低、我對你錯，怎可和諧親密呢？
你喜歡跟自己說「我想」嗎？譬如：我想加人工、我想移民、我想住大屋… 從大腦科學的角度，「想」是抽象的，不會因此啟動真正的內在力量。如果改為跟自己說「我選擇…」效果截然不同！
溝通的質素，就是人生的質素。「天堂」與「地獄」就掛在嘴邊；選擇，就在自己手中。
