歌星Coco Lee 李玟因憂鬱症而輕生，大家感到深深婉惜，也難免疑惑：為何如此充滿正能量、魅力四射、擁有名利、歌迷萬千的人，會患上憂鬱症？
生命有很多問題，難以找到答案。我們沒有資格評論別人的選擇是對是錯，我們也沒有掌握足夠資訊，作出比較全面的判斷。我們可以做的，是覺察自己在生死、情緒、愛與欲的課題上，有甚麼值得放下的包袱？
