If religion is supposed to produce good people, how can we explain religious people who are bad? Can we judge an entire religion based on its flawed and imperfect believers? After all, religion is not magic. It’s not a silver bullet and it doesn’t automatically make you happy, holy, or good. But, Dennis argues, religion does make you a better person if you want to be a better person.
