Show Notes
If you saw the movie "13 Hours" or read the book "13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi" then you know who my guest today is. Dave "Boon" Benton was one of four contractors who held the line in Benghazi when all odds were against them. Boon also had served previously in the Marine Corps and as a deputy sheriff. Currently Boon is teaching tactics and shooting to civilians and law enforcement.
In today's episode, I talk to Boon about his training, competition, how to develop courage and even a little bit about his favorite movie topic, "Star Wars". At Boon's request we are not discussing the incident in Benghazi at this time, but we do find out what gun choice he uses for home defense.
