Over the next few weeks we will be learning about my 3 favorite amino acids and why they are my 3 favorite. Starting with "Taurine". Taurine has many MANY awesome health benefits, many you probably haven't heard of. Taurine has important functions in the heart and brain. It helps support nerve growth, improves metabolism, reduces inflammation, supports digestion and the production of bile flow. It even helps control pathogens in the body and has research supporting potential benefits with autism. Take a listen to learn more and watch out for my new favorite amino acid - Glycine!
As always, please like share and subscribe if you haven't already! I appreciate your support. :)
