This week, I'm sure i will get some backlash for this podcast because it is a sensitive subject ---- but I want to discuss an emerging trend that states that 'being over weight does not necessarily mean you are not healthy'. I feel this is an important topic and I want people to have the correct information. I am in no way promoting 'skinniness' but I am always promoting 'health first'.
