This week Sam shares a theme that she has been thinking about recently: "Life is too special to starve yourself". She gives a life update of all of her upcoming travel/events and how the younger version of herself (who was entrenched in diet culture) would have not been able to enjoy the present moment because she was too obsessed with food and body image. Sam also gives an update on her psych medication journey and how it has impacted her mental health.
