THE CLASS is a powerful six-part original docuseries on PBS, that focuses on six high school students in the East Bay community of Antioch, CA. The students attend Deer Valley High School, with plans on pursuing higher education dreams during the challenging pandemic year (2020-2021). The series offers an in-depth and personal look at the educational inequalities, mental health struggles, pandemic challenges and other obstacles. The Class' is Executive Producer Daveed Diggs (Tony and Grammy winner known for Blindspotting, Snowpiercer, Hamilton) and Executive Producer Nicole Hurd (President of Lafayette College). Nicole is our guest and gives listeners more insight about THE CLASS. Airing on PBS (check listings), and steaming anytime on the PBS app.
