Hinilawod is an epic poem orally transmitted from early inhabitants of a place called Sulod in central Panay, Philippines. I'm so excited to share this story with you - it is an epic, comparable to the Odyssey or Iliad, with gods, goddesses, monsters and heroes.
The term "Hinilawod" generally translates to "Tales From The Mouth of The Halawod River".
