Inspelningen av Tårtgeneralen är över och ett cyniskt Gay Talese reportage kommer aldrig kunna skrivas om denna inspelning för stämningen har rakt igenom varit allt för god. Annan stämning rådde på Filips svensexa 2008 när hans killgäng kidnappade honom och flög honom till en andra världskriget-liknande paintballbana i Baltikum och besköt honom, när han var nästintill naken, på sjukt nära avstånd. När Hesa Fredrik ljuder genom Stockholms gator kl 22.00 en lugn sommarsöndag så slår rysskräcken ut i full blom och kanske är det ett tecken i tiden att folk, på fullaste allvar, trodde att Ryssland, från ingenstans, plötsligt bestämt sig för att attackera en annan suverän nation. Som en konsekvens av denna oro som smugit sig in i samhället spår Filip och Fredrik att de puttriga hemmabyggar-TV-programmens tid nu är över och istället kommer Anders "arga-snickaren" Övergård att installera panic-rooms i uppskrämda familjers oanvända bastus på bästa sändningstid.
