After their daughter Tate and her friends had faced rejection from their pathway team, Alex and Jools set up the Sussex Lionesses to enable them to still compete in the JUNIOR PREMIER LEAGUE (JPL)
Alex's family's enthusiasm for women's football is undeniable.
Their holistic approach to coaching to create complete players and young women: a mind, food and body approach.
The FA were so impressed with what they were doing with the Sussex Lionesses, they asked Alex and Jools to set up a REGIONAL TALENT CENTRE (RTC) in Sussex and they now work with a team of world class coaches.
