(6/17/24) - In today's Federal Newscast: Army Maj. Gen. Paul Stanton has been nominated by the President to lead the Defense Information Systems Agency. The Republican-controlled House has cleared its version of the 2025 defense policy bill. And Senate Republicans have put a hold on more than 40 of the President's nominees, half of whom are nominees to the federal bench.
