In March, a self-identifying trans shooter killed six people, including three young students, at the Covenant School in Nashville. Johnson was suspended for nearly a year and a half and ultimately resigned as a Capitol Police officer. Johnson’s crime that day? Making the decision to evacuate the Capitol building without command.
