In this episode we are going over how to pick your word of the year. Every year we choose a word to help represent you in your personal life and/or business. This word can be a reminder of your goals or a guide to remind you where you’re headed or how you want to show up every day in your life. We’re going over how to pick a word that honors you, your values, your purpose, what’s important to you and how to find one if you’re struggling to find the right one. I’m sharing what happened last year with the word I chose and if that turned out to be what the Year looked like and I’m sharing the words I chose for this new year.
