As you get closer to the end of the Year it’s important to take some time to self-reflect and think about the year you had. What worked and what didn’t? What needs to change? How did you grow personally and professionally? What’s missing in your life? There are so many questions that you can ask yourself and there are so many lessons you may have learned this Year. Self-Reflecting will help you focus on what really matters moving forward and set up a plan that will help you achieve your goals in the coming year. I am also sharing a bit of what my year looked like and how I’m ending it and going into 2024 feeling prepared and excited for all that’s to come.
