There are lessons in life that you will learn and it’s extremely important that you apply them and put them into action as you learn them, because they can really transform your life. In today’s episode I wanted to share 3 (of many) lessons I learned this Year that completely changed how I was feeling for most of the Year and will help you in your life too. Applying them and remembering the importance of them is how I’m ending the Year and starting a fresh New Year. I think it’s the perfect time to reflect on what happened for you this Year, what is important and what is missing that you want to focus on in 2023. Life is short and how you spend each day matters so make sure you’re spending it with the people you love and doing the things that fill your heart and make you happy.
