Show Notes

Every year, Australians send thousands of tonnes of perfectly usable furniture to landfill. At the same time, thousands of people in crisis go without the basics to make a house feel like home.

Ben Stammer is the co-founder of ReLove, a social enterprise that rescues corporate and household furniture and redirects it to people in need, including women fleeing domestic violence, refugees, and people exiting homelessness.

He talks to Sean Aylmer about the incredible work being done by ReLove and its corporate partners as part of the broader circular resource economy.

This interview is supported by ReGen, Australia’s Circular Resource Expo, being held at ICC Sydney from July 23–24. Tickets are free - head to regenexpo.com.au to register.
