Jane Harman, Distinguished Fellow and President Emerita at the Wilson Center, and author of the book, "Insanity Defense: Why Our Failure to Confront Hard National Security Problems Makes Us Less Safe," to discuss the intersection between different views of national security. How do we get Americans back to a point of embracing free trade? What is the best function of multilateral institutions? What could a bipartisan national security policy look like?
