Show Notes
As Cordelia Chase from Buffy and Angel, Charisma Carpenter lived rent free in our heads since the 90s, but when she’s not portraying some of televisions most iconic characters she’s advocating for what happens inside your head- mental health that is. Charisma is a firm believer in the importance of advocating for mental health. If you watched Surviving Evil, which she hosted and produced, you’ve gotten a little insight into her passion for helping people wrestle with trauma, and on this podcast she gets personal. She tells hosts Clare Kramer and David Magidoff about how she came to embrace her mental health journey, tools and tricks she’s picked up along the way, and why it’s ok to not be ok sometimes. Only on this episode of Fanaddicts.
