He begs him for help. He begs him for protection. He begs him for wealth. He begs him for all the goodness of this life. And he begs him for his forgiveness. And he begs him for Jannatul Firdaus. He begs him for the company of Rasulullah ﷺ and Jannatul Firdaus. Ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to grant us all of this. And then to give more from His majesty and grace and His generosity, which only He can give. And all of this happens because of fasting and because of Ramadan. Reflect on this ayah and see the hikmah of why Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala put this ayah in the middle of the ayat of fasting. Because this is when taqwa is increasing. And when taqwa increases, this is what the slave does. We ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to keep us and make us among those who will beg Allah and Allah will accept their begging and He will accept their duas.
