Then he passes that exam. He does fantastically well. First in the class, is it over? No. Now he's going into undergrad. You have three years of that. He finishes that, is it over? No. Then he's got post graduation. Test after test after test, until the final test, after which Allah used the word fawz. Fawz una aziyya. Fawz is the success after which there is no test. The only criterion of success, فَمَنْ زُغْزِعَ عَنِ النَّارِ وَأُدْخِلَ جَهْنَّةً فَقَدْ فَاسِ And then Allah said, وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا مَتَعُ الْغُرُورِ Allah said, And the life of this world is nothing but deception. Nothing but deception. You buy a big car, you think, Ah, it does. I bought a brand new Mercedes. In Hyderabad, they are selling five Mercedes per day. Five per day. Five per day. In six days, 30. So if you buy one, so what? Not a criterion of success. Not a criterion of success. Success is only when Allah saves us from. We ask Allah, اللهم أجِدَ مِنُنا Allah save us from the fire. Right? We ask Allah to open our eyes before our eyes are opened. We ask Allah to open our eyes before our eyes are opened. The day of judgment will start. They came to the Prophet . They said, Ya Rasulullah, a group of people came. They said, Ya Rasulullah, when is the day of judgment? مَتَيَوْا الْخِيَامَةَ When is the day of judgment? مَتَيَوْا الْخِيَامَةَ When is the day of judgment? So the Prophet looked at them. There was a little boy with them. The Prophet said, If Allah gives this one a long life, all of you will see the day of judgment before he dies. What does it mean? He said, All of you will see the day of judgment before he dies. That is why in Arabic, the day you die is called خَيَامَة السُّغْرَة the small Qiyamah. And the actual day of judgment is خَيَامَة الكُبْرَة the big Qiyamah. So for each one of us, the day of judgment is the day when مَلَكُ الْمَوتُ will come. مَلَكُ الْمَوتُ will come. There is no doubt about this. If you keep a dog in the house, the Malayaka will not come. If you have pictures of anything living, any living thing, animals, birds, human beings, whatever, portraits, in the house, Malayaka will not come. But if you are sitting, surrounded by dogs, and you have a dog in your lap, and you are hugging a dog, and your time for death comes, Malakul Maut will come. You cannot. You cannot say, Malayaka are not supposed to come. Excuse me, stay outside. I am some dogs. No dogs. No dogs, no cat. Malakul Maut will come. Nobody can escape. No one. This is what we are seeing. This is what we are seeing. The drama of the world. You have somebody there who thinks he is a king. There is another one who thinks he is another king. Somebody has got a trillion dollars to keep and someone has a trillion dollars to give. Ask, ask. The reality, the truth, is the Karma of Allah. That is the truth. Not all this. So I remind myself, and you, let us keep our sight on the truth. On the truth. Which Allah gave us. Don't lose sight of the truth. The truth is, Anfiku min mara zakna gua. Min qabli ayyati ya yawmul laqa. The truth is, Anfiku min mara zakna gua. Min qabli ayyati ya yawmul laqa. Min qabli ayyati ya yawmul laqa. The truth is that this day will come. And the truth is that those who prepare for that day are the successful people. And those who do not prepare for that day are fools. They are deceiving themselves. Because that day will come. Whether we believe that or not is immaterial. It doesn't matter. Except for yourself. Even if you don't believe it, it will still come. So we ask Allah to help us to live a life of khair and barakah which will please Allah . And we ask Allah to save us from the fire. And to enter this into Jannah. We ask Allah for this dua for all of us. Recently, just yesterday, one of our very good friends in America, where my wife is there, that lady passed away. May Allah bless her. May Allah bless her. May Allah enter her into Jannah May Allah enter her into Jannah May Allah grant support to her family. May Allah fill her with khamar and noor. May Allah raise her And may Allah gather all of us together on the Day of Judgement and in Jannah in the Majlis of Rasulullah . And may Allah send us peace.
