Auto-generated transcript:In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds. And peace and blessings be upon the company of the prophets and messengers. Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and upon him and his companions. Peace and blessings be upon him, and upon him and his companions. And I will continue. My brothers and sisters, One of the most fundamental factors and features of this life, this earth, I would like to say this time, but I think it's not just this time, it's all times, is the fact of uncertainty. And that is the reason why one of the most critical skills and abilities to develop in life is the ability to deal with ambiguity, the ability to remain with equanimity, the ability to still steer a course to your destination, despite whatever is happening around you in the world. Uncertainty and ambiguity is the only certainty in the world, in life. The one thing about which you can be absolutely certain is that I do not know what will happen tomorrow. Right? And as I said, I would like to say that this is a principle, I would like to say that this is a peculiarity, this is a peculiarity to this time, but that's not true. This has been the situation as long as humanity has lived on the face of the earth. Tomorrow is always uncertain. Take the time, I'm just going to give you one example. Take the time of the best of the best, of Rasulallah . If you read his seerah, and you should read his seerah, you study the seerah, not just read his seerah, if you study the seerah, what comes across? What is it that comes across? Stability, absolute predictability, total certainty, or total instability. Completely unpredictable. We don't know what will happen tomorrow. Which one? Is it an hints怪 . Is it deflectibility ? What's the praising ? Is it conclusion ? What is it? There's one clear question that depends on the situation of humanity. What's theajobal universe? It's going up and going down, it's going up and going down, and it's making discoveries. Let's be honest to make an excuses wherever sums backdrop a poem. This realise these minimal things- this change in enjoyable things, BC or whether you are talking about 4000 AD, whether you are talking about a bird flying through the air or a mosquito or a bee or a locust or whether you are talking about stealth bombers or A380 twin deck aircraft or a Cessna single seater, single propeller, anything that is in the air is affected by the law of gravity. Yes or no? So if I come to you and I say, you know what, this was true, we don't deny that, but today we live in America and this is 2025, the law of gravity does not apply. What will you say to me? You will say, no. You will say, no. You will say to me, your brother-in-law is a neurologist, why don't you ask him to prescribe a brain scan for you? Because something is, first of all, we have to see whether you have a brain itself and then we see if that brain is functioning or... And I can give you many examples, I don't want to waste your time. You have enough intelligence to figure out more examples. Take any fundamental law. What is fundamental about a fundamental law? That it does not change with time and place. Yes? If it changed with time and place, it would not be a fundamental law, as simple as that. And that is why the importance of Al-Quran Al-Kareem. Because the same one, Jalla Jalaluhu Amma Nawaluhu Al-Hayyul Qayyum Malikoo Samawati Wal Ardh Khaliqoo Kulli Ashyaa Wal Ahwal Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala Jalla Jalaluhu The same one who created the law of gravity, the same one who created the law of thermodynamics, the same one who created every fundamental law, created laws of life, which are also fundamental. Which we know today as, in the Shari'i Stira, in the Islamic terminology, we call them Halal and Haram. What is Halal and Haram? They are fundamental laws. They don't change with time. They do not change with time. Pork. I'm going to ask you a question. Give me answers. Pork. Halal or Haram? Haram. You sure? Yes. Thousand years ago, was it Halal or Haram? Thousand years. So now it will be Halal or Haram. What about alcohol and all intoxicants? Alcohol and marijuana and you name it. Any drug, anything which alters the mind, no matter how it is taken, whether you drink it or you smoke it or you inject it in your blood or whatever. Halal or Haram? Haram. Today, tomorrow, day after. In America, is it Halal or Haram? Haram. Right? It is Haram. I'm talking about Islamic law. I'm not talking about somebody who changes the law. No. No. In Morocco, in Syria, in Pakistan, in India. Haram. Zina. Fornication. Adultery. Halal or Haram? Huh? Why so weak? Halal, right? So if I come to you and I say, you know, I agree it's Haram. But I've got a peculiar situation. My situation, nobody wants to marry me. Nobody will give me. His daughter, nobody wants to marry me. I am desperate. I need sex. It's a, it's a, it's a, it's a drive like hunger. I didn't imagine it. Go talk to anybody you want. So allow me to have sex with somebody without getting married. I'm trying. Nobody wants to. Nobody wants to give me his daughter to marry. What can I do? There are women who are available who I can pay money for one night. I can have sex with them. So let me allow. Allow me. Please permit me. I may not even give money. I take somebody out on a date. No problem. Halal, whatever. But I'm not married to that person. Please allow. Because I have nobody else. What to do? I need sex. Halal or Haram? So now I come to you. And I say, I do not own my house. I need to own my house. For which I can only own a house if I borrow on interest. Interest based mortgage. Please allow me. Halal or Haram? Hey? You know where I'm coming from, right? My brothers and sisters. The whole world. Please let me make this very, very clear. The whole world. And every single living Alim on the face of the earth. Because one of the ones who are dead can't talk. So we talk about the living one. Every single one. American or Lama. Saudi Arabian or Lama. Indian or Lama. Pakistani or Lama. Syrian or Lama. Iraqi or Lama. You name it. All the items. If they come together and they say that interest based borrowing for student loans or interest based borrowing for housing or interest based borrowing to start a business or any kind of interest based borrowing is halal in America or Syria or Lebanon or somewhere. If they all come together and give you one joint fatwa, does it become halal? No. Why? Why not? What is Haram? Why? Allah says. Allah says. Allah said so. Allah said so. Who made interest haram? Me. Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala not only made it haram. Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala said the one who does not want to follow this. The one who does who still wants to borrow an interest then take a declaration of war on behalf of from Allah and his Rasul alaihi salatu was salam. So ask yourself a very simple question. Is it more important for you to own a house or a home so called home? Is it only in America you buy homes and homes are homes are made. They are not bought. You don't buy a home. You buy a house. You're buying. If you're buying that concrete structure, it's not a home. It's a house. I can convert that into a dog kennel. Tomorrow. No. I can buy a house and keep dogs in it. I don't need to live in that. I can convert it, convert that into a warehouse. How is it a home? It's a house. Home is what it becomes when you have a beautiful life in it. So my point is choose. Is it more important for you to have a house? That you own so called in this life and no matter whether you own that for five minutes. Over they own that for 500 years. You're going to leave it. And then you go and stand before Allah. As who? Azu. What do you call the one who declare who accepts a declaration of war? What do you call him? Huh? enemy enemy you want to stand before Allah as his enemy don't get fooled by people who give fatwas a fatwa is an opinion of a scholar that's it period that's all it is it's an opinion does it have validity no what has validity the hukam the ruling the law so if there is a law and somebody gives a fatwa for example right now in America there is a big force on legally being in this country anyone who does not have legal documents there is a self-deport meaning go on your own otherwise the immigration enforcement will be on you ICE will be on you and you will be iced right big force so now if somebody for example you don't have documentation and you come to you go to an attorney immigration attorney and the attorney says don't worry about that it's okay doesn't apply to you go enjoy yourself what do you think will happen does it make you legal if the ICE agents catch you what do you want to say oh no no hold on a second my attorney said it's fine the ICE agent will say think about that when you are sitting in my car your attorney who is your attorney this country has a law man your attorney your attorney is a goon I mean what is your attorney what is your attorney what is your attorney what is your attorney what is your attorney please I have seen fatwas to say interest based student loans are halal interest based mortgages are halal marrying a woman for one night is halal so called marrying paying zakat is wajib once in your lifetime ah right paying zakat in America is not necessary because your income tax is zakat I'm telling you fatwas I'm not exaggerating I am these are fatwas given by so-called alims times have changed times have changed that is why we have fundamental laws that is why we have fundamental laws you don't say times have changed therefore gravity is no longer applicable do you say that if you say that what will happen you will find out when you hit the earth jump from the blade at 20,000 feet and say I'm jumping over Washington DC this is American airspace gravity does not function here gravity is invalid there's no gravity it's 2025
